A person with a physical disability may access the Court of Appeals from the Pearl Street entrance of the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, which is located at 40 Centre Street (40 Foley Square). The Pearl Street entrance is on the north side of the building across the street from the Daniel Patrick Moynihan United States Courthouse.

The Court of Appeals provides reasonable accommodations to assist hearing impaired individuals and those who have other communications disabilities. A person who requires an accommodation must contact the Calendar Team at 212.857.8595 at least one week prior to the oral argument of the case in which they are interested
