The PACER Service Center includes three online training modules: Windows navigation, Introduction to CM/ECF, and PACER report.

Second Circuit staff may create additional online training modules to supplement the web-based instructional materials if there is a demand. Any users wishing to see more online training modules on the Second Circuit's website may contact the helpdesk with suggested topics.

The Clerk of the Second Circuit has no plans at this time to require training or testing in using CM/ECF, as some other circuits do. CM/ECF is fairly simple to use, and thorough and detailed instructions are on the Second Circuit website, along with the related rules and forms. Support is available from the PACER Service Center and from the Second Circuit helpdesk.
