The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit is currently operating under normal business hours.

The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has established an Emergency Hotline Number to alert attorneys and the public in the event of Court closings due to inclement weather and other emergencies.

The Emergency Hotline Number is (212) 857-2199. During an emergency, attorneys and the public are directed to call our Emergency Hotline Number which will be updated with the latest information regarding the operating status of the Court. In the event of an emergency, information regarding the operating status of the Court also will be periodically transmitted  on 1010 WINS on your AM dial and on WCBS (2), WM+NBC (4), WABC (7) and WNEW (5).
