January 10, 2010 - The Criminal Justice Act Committee is accepting applications for service on the Court’s Criminal Justice Act Panel. December 17, 2009 - The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has revised the Court’s Local Rules, effective January 1, 2010.
