Cases filed prior to January 1, 2010

Effective August 11, 2014, a document from a case commenced prior to January 1, 2010 can be acquired by emailing a request to the Clerk's Office at clerkmail@ca2.uscourts.gov. The request must specify the case caption, docket number, and document(s) requested.
