All questions about PACER or CM/ECF accounts should be addressed to the PACER Service Center. A filer may retrieve a forgotten PACER or CM/ECF username or password from the PACER Service Center. The Service Center's website includes pages of frequently-asked questions for PACER and for CM/ECF, along with a user manual.

The PACER Service Center provides training through a free PACER training site, video tutorials for learning to use PACER, and computer-based training modules for learning to use CM/ECF.
