In accordance with LR
46.1(e), a law student who wishes to practice in the Second Circuit under the supervision of an admitted attorney for an appeal must complete and sign the
law student practice form to certify that the law student has completed four semesters at an ABA-accredited law school and gained familiarity with the American Bar Association's Code of Professional Responsibility, the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, the Court's local rules and IOPs, and any other federal rules relevant to the appeal. The form must also be completed by each client for whom the law student is rendering services, the attorney supervising the law student, and the dean or designated faculty member of the law school the student is attending.
