(a) Docketing Requirements. Within 14 days after the filing of
a notice of appeal, an appellant in a criminal appeal
must:
(1) file Form B, Criminal Appeal Transcript Information
Form; and
(2) pay the docketing fee fixed by the U.S. Judicial
Conference under 28 U.S.C. § 1913, unless the appellant has
obtained leave to proceed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C.
§ 1915 and FRAP 24.
(b) Failure to Comply. Failure to take any of the above
actions may result in dismissal of the appeal.
