seven-week public comment period, are hereby amended,
effective January 1, 2010, by the adoption of the attached
[PDF; HTML] revised and renumbered Rules. The Clerk of Court
shall publish the new Local Rule 25.1 as an Interim Rule and
Proposed Permanent Rule, inviting comment to be submitted by
January 19, 2009. Anyone wishing to comment should do so, in
