The clerk serves a copy of the
petition for review on each respondent by electronic means unless a statute
prescribes another method. In immigration cases the clerk effects service on
the United States Attorney General by serving the petition for review on the
Office of Immigration Litigation. See
8 U.S.C.
§1252(b)(3).
