The middle tab on the CM/ECF startup screen toolbar is marked Utilities. The Utilities submenu allows a filer to apply for or renew membership in the Second Circuit bar, verify that a PDF meets certain CM/ECF filing requirements, receive email notice for cases of interest in the Second Circuit, pay fees, file and pay the filing fee for a petition for review or a writ petition, or update an account.
